Five questions for Sabine Berghold

Which areas do you mainly work in?

As a senior accountant, I mainly deal with all matters relating to accounting, financial statements and tax returns. I am also tasked with monitoring and complying with training-specific requirements. 

What problems do you solve for your clients?

For clients, I am the point of contact for all accounting and tax matters and I also help them solve any issues they have in these areas. Ultimately, I bring order to the accounting process - and as we all know, order is half the battle ;-) . 

What makes Linn Goppold special?

As I see it, Linn Goppold is an incredibly flexible and forward-thinking firm. What stands out in particular is the challenging work - as well as doing a lot and proving your skills, there’s also scope to learn plenty too.

What has been your career path?

Everything has been great so far and I expect it to stay that way! My advantage is that I have already familiarised myself with the accounting side of the business, which makes working in the tax office much more client-friendly. 

What motivates you in your everyday work?

Successfully completing projects or tasks is always a great motivation! And the more challenging they are, the more I get motivated when I achieve them - the new things you learn each day also surprise you.
