Five questions for Jasmin Kühne

Which areas do you mainly work in?

I am in charge of personnel management as a whole, with a special focus on strategic personnel consulting and employee development, retention and motivation as well as promoting team spirit.

Making the connection between business objectives and the employees and achieving those objectives is another focal point. 
 

What problems do you solve for your clients?

I provide support in day-to-day HR operations and provide tools for de-escalation, mediation and constructive leadership.
 

What makes Linn Goppold special?

We have extensive, in-depth expertise, yet warmth and fun are also part of the culture and I think that’s great. 


What has been your career path?

I have an entrepreneurial family background and started out in HR more than 10 years ago. I completed my studies and training in mental and physical health, counselling, conflict management and mediation while working part-time. Thanks to my employment with start-ups as well as large enterprises, I have tremendous strategic expertise. My speciality is combining flexibility with clear structures, thereby enabling companies to reach their goals reliably. 
 

What motivates you in your everyday work?

I love my day-to-day work because it allows me to contribute all of my expertise, my empathy and organising ability as well my very pronounced creativity, at the same time. No two days are the same and this helps keep me flexible. 
Since time spent working is also time spent living, it’s especially important to me that our employees are happy as well as productive, and that I can help them shed unnecessary burdens.
