Five questions for Elisabeth Kopp

Which areas do you mainly work in?

As Management Assistant and Manager General Services, I am mainly responsible for the optimisation of internal processes and thus for successful collaboration between the technical teams, and for management board matters.

What problems do you solve for your clients?

Together with my General Services Team, I make sure that interactions between clients and specialist departments are smooth, uncomplicated and efficient. This requires us to implement the best possible processes within the internal organisation and to continuously improve them.

What makes Linn Goppold special?

Linn Goppold is made up of highly experienced, well-functioning teams dedicated to the varied needs of our clients. With our largely paperless office and corresponding, contemporary database management systems, we are a modern firm that not only keeps up with the times but often thinks one crucial step ahead.

What has been your career path?

After successfully completing my diploma course in sociology with minors in political science and psychology, I initially worked in quality management. I then gained management assistance experience in various sectors including tax consulting, auditing and architecture/real estate.

What motivates you in your everyday work?

I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a functioning whole through my work. For me, the result of all the individual services provided by our firm is more than just the sum of the various parts, it’s the optimal product of coordinated collaboration between colleagues from all specialist departments and General Services.
